Yes, yes. After too many years to count online, I’ve finally been hacked… and lost my whole website.

The hacking was made possible by a small security hole in an older version of my open source content management system, Orbis CMS. Needless to say, the bug got fixed immediately.

Luckily, the excellent hosting company Serve Hosting, with whom I host my website, had made backups beforehand. If it weren’t for that, you wouldn’t be reading this post right now.
